Evangeline is described as tiny with lank, pale blond hair trimmed to her mid back and pale skin to match it; her figure is rather slim and androgynous. Her face is both angelically beautiful in its childlike appearance, and lovely when it is animated. Some have described her as having an exceptional face that would make a Botticelli angel look like a gargoyle. Her eyes are wide and her lips full, while her voice is described as childlike. Her eyes are dark red in colour and they become darker when she thirsts.

Evangeline has a very dark and sadistic personality, and she takes great pleasure in using her magik to torture others. She shows strong jealousy towards those who gain more respect and attention from her lord and her people of intrest (there aren't many), she worships Gog and is happy to be in his presence. Evan enjoys her gift of strong magik, and the respect and fear that it brings her; She never wastes an opportunity to use it on someone.

She has never been in love, though she is incredibly sultry when she wishes which is sometimes a bain seeing as she is incredibly wise and knowing, though trapped in the body of a thirteen year old. She had a slightly softer side though it has rarely ever made an appearance other then when speaking to those whom she fawns over and greatly respects.

At the age of thirteen Kelsie Joyce Prince was in love, you know the type- tall, dark, hansom and mysterious. Oh, did she love that boy. They swore themselves to eachother, promised to be together forever though sadly she didn't realize how literally the boy took the word 'forever'. On night as they strolled home he told her he needed to show her something, leading her into a back alley the poor girl never made it out alive. When she did wake she found herself alone, she assumed he had left her for dead. Enraged, in pain and thirsting for blood she headed out to take her revenge on the world for what the boy had done.

Still following by the calling 'Kelsie' it wasn't until she was found feeding on a family of five, using black magic to further entrance them and trap them within their own home, by some of Lord Gog's men was Evangeline Malaika Annunziata born. Born in blood, pain and pelasure she took her hold on the position she was given by the high lord and hasn't looked back since. Her power over the magik she can access is wickedly profound, not only that but she is equipped with the unearthly gift of the vampire which only aids her in the scare tactic. She doesn't look dangerous, but you turn your back for a second and you'll feel teeth in your neck faster then you can blink.
